Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size or product you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. All items are handmade and there is limited availability. We have a unique selection of products and it moves very quickly! We also can't hold items. 


Returns
It is our goal that you love your purchase, but if not, you may return it on the following conditions: 
All items are un-used, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. (If any tags are attached) The customer may keep the Scripture Pendant.
Items are shipped back within 14 days from the original purchase date for US Orders and within 30 days for International Orders. 
All returned items that meet return requirements will be issued a full refund for the products. (Shipping costs are not refunded) Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a refund. International orders have 30 days from your receiving date. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days.  
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days.
We will then email you confirmation (to the email address provided during checkout) regarding your refund transfer.


Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. Contact us immediately for further ship back instructions. We hope our customers are satisfied with our products, but we will gladly assist with any returns that are requested.
